By visiting or contributing content to BLAREzine.com, you accept all terms, conditions and responsibilities of this user agreement.

1. Social Media Prize Draws, Competitions and Promotions
1.1 These are the standard terms and conditions for any social media giveaway that we run within the premise, via the website or via social media.
1.2 These giveaway terms and conditions apply to the giveaways we run on our website or social media channels unless otherwise stated in the prize draw.
1.3 We are the promoter for each giveaway.
1.4 By entering the giveaway, you will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these giveaway terms and conditions.
1.5 The instructions provided in the launch message and/or at the point of entry form part of these giveaway media terms and conditions. The prize(s) will be described in the relevant giveaway social media post. Giveaway closing dates and draw dates will be set out in the giveaway social media post. In the event of a conflict, these giveaway terms and conditions take precedence.
1.6 When entering a giveaway via a social media platform, please note that the giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, that social media platform.
1.7 You must be 18 years or older unless otherwise specified, and a resident of the US to enter any giveaway.
1.8 One entry per person is allowed (e.g. one entry per social media username), unless specified otherwise.
1.9You cannot enter the giveaway if you or a member of your family is an employee of BLARE, or any other company connected with us or the giveaway.
1.10 We reserve the right to verify the eligibility of entrants. We may require information we consider necessary for the purpose of verifying the eligibility. Prizes may be withheld until verification.
1.11 The winner(s) of each giveaway will be selected at random from all eligible entries received. Each winner will be notified by us within a reasonable time after the giveaway date or any subsequent draw by direct message on the social media platform where the giveaway was originally announced. We will notify all winners they have won via the details given at entry. This will comply with each social media platforms promotional rules.
1.12 Methods of contact may include receiving an email to the address that you used (if applicable), or a direct message from us on the social media platform where the giveaway was originally announced requesting your mailing address. On occasions we may request your mobile phone number.
1.13 Personal data will be collected, stored and processed for the purposes of administering and assessing giveaways. Your personal data will not be used for marketing or used by any third parties. Your personal data will be used in accordance with the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms and conditions.
1.14 A giveaway prize is awarded conditionally upon acceptance. If we are unable to contact you within 7 days from initial contact, or if any giveaway prize is unclaimed or declined within 7 days, the giveaway shall be deemed as unclaimed or unaccepted and a supplementary winner will be drawn by us. If the giveaway is time sensitive, we will state in the win confirmation how many days you will have to accept the prize.
1.15 Some giveaways may require you to accept third party terms and conditions, and acceptance of the giveaway will be subject to such conditions.
1.16 We reserve the right to provide a substitute prize of similar value if the specified prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond a party’s reasonable control. Cash or credit alternatives will not be offered. None of the giveaways are transferable.
1.17 We accept no responsibility for incorrect, or delayed entries. You accept the decision we reach is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
1.18 We reserve the right to end, amend or suspend any giveaway; amend these giveaway terms and conditions without prior notice; declare void the notification of winner(s); and/or to allocate available giveaway by conducting a simple draw from all wrongly allocated winner(s).
2. Intellectual Property Rights
2.1 “Content” refers to all written, graphical and multimedia materials published on BLAREzine.com, whether copyright of BLAREzine.com or a third party. All content contained on this site and the design of the site are copyright BLAREzine.com. If you wish to use any content or design elements found on BLAREzine.com you must obtain our prior written consent which we may withhold for any reason. 5.11 You acknowledge that any breach of these warranties may cause BLAREzine.com damage or loss and you agree to indemnify BLAREzine.com in full and permanently against any third party liabilities, claims, costs, loss or damage we incur as a result of publishing content you submit to us, including consequential losses.
5.12 BLAREzine.com reserves the right to delete, move or edit any content and refuse access to anyone who BLAREzine.com believes in its sole and absolute discretion has violated these terms or any other term of this Agreement. You hereby waive any and all rights you may have with respect to the alteration, modification or removal of any such content. BLAREzine.com additionally reserves the right to terminate this Agreement against any further use of any person or entity who violates any term of this Agreement.
5.13 If BLAREzine.com receives a request to disclose the identities of contributors who submit content to the site and if BLAREzine.com discloses the identify of a contributor pursuant to the Terms And Conditions of Use or BLAREzine.com’s Privacy Policy, you understand and agree that we may do so and you waive all rights in connection therewith.

6.1 Reader comments are welcome on this site. However, the site owner reserves the right to edit or delete any comments submitted to this site without notice that:
